Route Shipping Protection (Optional)

Route is an optional package protection service that customers can add at checkout for a small fee. It provides coverage against loss, theft, and damage in transit, and also includes visual order tracking.

What Route covers

Route may provide coverage for:

  • Lost parcels (if your package doesn’t arrive)
  • Stolen parcels (if marked as delivered but missing)
  • Damaged items (if your order arrives damaged – photos may be required)

How it works

  1. Add Route at checkout
    Select Route Shipping Protection during checkout if you’d like extra peace of mind.
  2. Track your order
    Route provides visual tracking updates via the Route app or website.
  3. File a claim if needed
    If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can submit a claim through Route.
  4. Resolution
    If approved, Route may provide a refund or replacement depending on the claim outcome.

Is Route required?

No — Route is optional, and you can untick it at checkout if you don’t want to add package protection.
