Returns & Refunds Policy

Regenix Peptides supplies both research compounds and materials, and laboratory equipment and accessories. Because these two categories of product are different in nature, different return conditions apply to each, as set out below.

This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund is available. It does not affect, and is not intended to limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection law.

Research Compounds & Materials

Our research compounds and materials are supplied sealed for laboratory research use. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, and due to the sensitive and perishable nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been unsealed or opened.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please report any such issue to us as soon as possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a description of the problem – this helps us resolve your claim quickly, though it does not limit any statutory right you may otherwise have.

Laboratory Equipment & Accessories

Laboratory equipment and accessories are treated as standard physical goods. If you simply change your mind, you may cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us to arrange the return; return postage costs may apply unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

If equipment arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. If we send the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Claim

To start a return, replacement, or refund claim for a compound or piece of equipment, please contact our support team at regenix.peptides@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We aim to respond and resolve claims promptly.

Research Use of Compounds

Our research compounds and materials are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Use of a compound outside of its intended research application falls outside the scope of this policy, and issues arising from such use are not covered by it. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds & Processing

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund or receiving the returned item, whichever is later. Where appropriate and with your agreement, we may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative to a refund; this is offered in addition to, and not instead of, any statutory remedy you are entitled to.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not match their description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as set out under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection law, regardless of any timeframe referenced elsewhere in this policy.
