Research compounds and materials are supplied sealed for laboratory research use and, for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed or opened. Laboratory equipment and accessories may be returned if you change your mind, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Where any product, compound or equipment, arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please report any such issue as soon as possible so that we can assist you promptly.
