At Regenix Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptide, compound, or research material once it has been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product remains unopened and stored correctly.

Exclusions:

No returns accepted for improper storage or handling.

No returns accepted for buyer’s remorse or misuse.

No liability is assumed for delays caused by courier services.
